Symptoms

After upgrading to RDBMS version 11.2.0.4, Create Accounting Assets fails with:

One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

Accounting is created successfully but, in all cases, the XML Publisher failed to generate a report.

STEPS

Run Create Accounting - Assets seeded report

Changes

Report creation started failing after upgrade of RDBMS to 11.2.0.4.
