IMAP services occasionally gets stuck with unable to connect to mail store error. The problem happens when there is a maintenance in the email server cluster (i.e if one of the email server in the cluster is bounced), the service will appear as if up. But the mailer fails to read from the IMAP inbox and there will be a accumulation of emails.
Email server cluster is implemented.
