On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order Issues
When a supplier logs in to iSupplier and clicks the Orders Tab it is very slow to respond.
The Profile POS_ORDER_DISPLAY_PERIOD = 40. Lowering the value for the profile has no impact.
The view pos_view_po_summary_v is slow with the bottom half of the union in the view. The query using the view when loading the page adds the following condition:
AND trunc(approved_date) >= trunc(sysdate - 40)"
However, the field approved_date in table PO_RELEASES_ARCHIVE_ALL is not indexed; even after adding the index the code is not using it because of the trunc on the condition.
Due to this issue, application is very slow to open the Orders Tab in iSupplier Portal; it takes a minimum of 60 seconds to open the page.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in in to iSupplier as a Supplier user
2. When home page displays, click on orders tab.
3. Observe slow performance when opening.
