Security profile : Assignment change for ex-employee : Need to run SLM to see the changes (Doc ID 1951367.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version,

After making changes to an Ex-Employee, in the assignment form, until the Security List Maintenance is run. The Employee cannot be found.

Expect the Employee can be queried by the user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : XX HRMS Manager (with the Secure Security Profile attached )
2. Select : People > Enter & Maintain
3. Date track back to when the ex-employee was an employee.
4. Make an update(correction) to the assignment and save.
5. Exist the People form and reenter
6. Datetrack to sysdate
7. Query for the Ex-Employee
8. Unable to find the person.
9. run SLM
10. Query the Ex-Employee
11. The ex-employee can be retrieved

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the Ex-Employee just made changes to.
