ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UWQ Request Work Functionality isn't working as expected and when 'get work' is pressed 0 SR's appear
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The agent should be able to pull work when work is available
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UWQ
2. Get work
3. No SR's assigned
4. Service Security is enabled
