Symptoms

You are attempting to apply a receipt to an invoice and receive the following error:

ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.ARP_PS_PKG" has been changed
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: POST-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

Error:
An Unexpected Error -4062 has occured. An alert has been sent to system administrator.
