Symptoms

On 12.1 HRMS RUP 6 version of the Application, In the User Creation Form.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------

When you use "Assign Security Profiles" form to assign "Business Group" and "Security Profile" to an Responsibility, The value set in the description column of the user form, against that responsibility gets updated as Null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Expect that, When you use "Assign Security Profiles" form to assign "Business Group" and "Security Profile" to an Responsibility, The value set in the description column of the user form, against that responsibility should not be updated to Null and the Old value has to be retained.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "System Administrator" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Security --> User --> Define.

3. Create an User.

4. Now add a responsibility to the user, with some description to it.

5. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

6. Navigate to Security --> Assign Security Profiles.

7. Assign "Security Profile" and "Business Group" to the Responsibility and save the same.

8. Now Login again using "System Administrator" Responsibility.

9. Navigate to Security --> User --> Define.

10. Query back the user created before and observe that, the Description value has been updated as "Null".
