Unexpected Error and JBO-27122 Exception and ORA-01795 While Perform Supplier Search Using Keyword Search

On Applications 12.1.3:
When attempting to do keyword search for supplier, the following error occurs.

1. Supplier Management Administator > Supplier Home > Supplier
2. Search for keyword : Test
