Symptoms
When adding requisition lines to existing Purchase Orders, the Purchase Order form does not open and the Requisition lines still show in the Autocreate query. The PO Line may or may not be added.
Also, after creating a new PO using AutoCreate form, then subsequent "Add To" starts opening the PO Form.
