Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, APIs & Interfaces

The CS_SR_CHILD_AUDIT_PKG.CS_SR_AUDIT_CHILD lists the following code for capturing the Incident Attribute and Expternal attribute data:

 l_audit_vals_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_2 := l_service_request_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_2;
  l_audit_vals_rec.OLD_INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_1 := l_service_request_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_1;
  l_audit_vals_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_3 := l_service_request_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_3;
  l_audit_vals_rec.OLD_INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_1 := l_service_request_rec.INCIDENT_ATTRIBUTE_1;

  l_audit_vals_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_2 := l_service_request_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_2;
  l_audit_vals_rec.OLD_EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_1 := l_service_request_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_1;
  l_audit_vals_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_3 := l_service_request_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_3;
  l_audit_vals_rec.OLD_EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_1 := l_service_request_rec.EXTERNAL_ATTRIBUTE_1;

This is incorrect, because of this correct values ofr attributes are not captured.
