Symptoms

Trx Stuck in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with Status 'LC_INTERFACED' .

One transaction got stuck in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with PROCESSING_STATUS_CODE "LC_INTERFACED" and not able to clear it as the charges are not generated in LCM.
The reason the charges are not generated is because the VENDOR SITE on the PO is made INACTIVE.
