No errors

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
 1. Run wrapper for GME_API_PUB.REROUTE_BATCH

 -- Business Impact
 The issue has the following business impact:
 Due to this issue, users cannot use the API to REROUTE_BATCH.
