Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation

When attempting to Edit lines during creation of requisition
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into iProcurement
2. Create non-catalog requisition
3. Click on Edit lines
4. Remove the price and tab out get the below error
