iSupport: Fields Problem Summary and Note Are Too Small With 'Skyros' UI (Doc ID 1953157.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, iSupport

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In iSupport , when creating a new service request, the fields "Note" & "Problem Summary" are smaller than in 12.1.3 and too small,

when the 'Skyros' look and feel user interface is used.

In the SR Creation page:
1. Step 1, "Problem Summary" field length is less compared to earlier versions.
2. Step 2, "Note" field length is less compared to earlier versions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SR Creation fields "Note" & "Problem Summary" to be longer and display all information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupport responsibility
2. Create iSupport SR
3. Summary field is displayed with width of 30 characters
4. Note field is displayed with width of 27 characters
