On Aplication Release 12.1.3, Enterprise Asset Management > Work Order Completion

The Work Order Notes (flexfields) that are entered when completing a work order can be viewed but the text is wrapped over multiple lines making it difficult to read.

Expect that the test would appear in a more readable format.

Previously the text was not even displaying - patch 13546669:R12.EAM.B was applied in SR 3-5479409441 and the text is now displaying when viewing a work order that was completed - however the display is not user friendly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to self-service EAM Work orders page. Choose Released work orders.

2. Choose a work order to Complete from the list of work orders

3. Click on Complete Work order button.

4. Enter Work Order Notes along with necessary details to Complete the work order.

5. Go to view the completed work order - text is shown wrapped over several lines.

The issue has the following business impact:

This makes the Work Order Notes difficult to read and the users are unhappy with this.
