Information in this document applies to any platform.
When conducting an Item Simple Search in Product Information Management (PIM), a search for an existing item is not returning a result.
However, an Advanced Search for the same item may return a result.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate: Development Manager > Item Catalog > Item Simple Search
- Enter an item and search
- No result is displayed
