When attempting to run Receivable to Golden Tax Invoice Transfer the following error occurs.

VAT registration is not available for this tax line. The entire invoice is not transferred. Please review and correct the set up for tax rule `Determine Tax Registration` and run this transfer again. (NUM=1) (TAXTYPE=VAT)
