Goal

You cannot cancel sales order lines, because of the following error:

Error: Error specified in XML response document.:VertexInvalidTaxAreaIdException:Cannot find tax area.
Please verify that the tax area id [360,950,167] provided for the location is correct and retry.

This occurs in the Order Organizer, when a line is selected. 
The Actions button is clicked and the Cancel option is selected.

The error message states that the Tax Area ID is invalid, but it is in fact valid per Vertex.
On the other hand, you have other orders associated with customers who have valid Tax Area IDs and you are able to cancel those lines.

So, this error does not appear to be consistent.
