Deleting a Subdomain Does Not Remove the Subdomain From the Database (Doc ID 1954355.1)

Symptoms

 Create a Subdomain Called XXXX/YYYY, then delete the Subdomain XXXX/YYYY through the Screen and get the confirmation the delete have occurred. However the Subdomain XXXX/YYYY is not actually deleted from the database.

The Following Steps illustrates the above statement that the delete have not occur:

1. Created a SubDomain . called XXXX/YYYY
2. Deleted the subdomain XXXX/YYYY through sql servlet with the command     

3. The Confirmation dialog states the subdomain XXXX/YYYY have been deleted 
4. User can still log in to the subdomain XXXX/YYYY, however the OTM screen contains no menu
