Forgot Password Functionality Taking iStore User To EBS Homepage

Symptoms
On Test: 12.1.3 version, User Management
When an external iStore user goes through the Login Assistance feature to re-set his password, they receive an email with a link which directs to the screen where the user can enter new password and confirm.
Upon clicking submit the user is taken to an internal looking EBS responsibility page instead of the iStore minisite selection page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the user to be directed to the iStore page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iStore user chooses the Login Assistance in the EBS Central Login page
2. iStore user receives and email to reset password
3. Choose the link in the email and enter new password
4. Choose submit and directed to the EBS internal responsibility menu page and not to iStore
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, iStore users are not directed to iStore causing confusion and loss of customer confidence.
