Updating enrollment status in OLM for new hires to complete
Customer is running into an issue updating enrollment status in OLM for new hires to completed. When they try to do this they receive the following error:
"This learner must exist at:
a) The session date of the enrollment and
b) The start date of the class.".
The online CBT content was created prior to the employees start date which appears to be causing the issue.
However, the content is still valid at the time the employee is hired and they do not want to create a separate course for each new hire.
"This learner must exist at: a) The session date of the enrollment and b) The start date of the class.".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Learner Enrollment and subscriptions>Enrollments and Subscriptions

Class Start Date: 30-MAY-2014
Enrollment Number: 122705
Date Placed: 13-OCT-2014
Player completed Date: 27-OCT-2014 Player Status- completed
Enrollment Comment Date: 27-OCT -2014
Learner Details: Example: <LEARNER_NAME>
Assignment number : XXXX
Employee record :Effective Date: 27-OCT-2014 Last Start Date: 27-OCT-2014
