Symptoms

When running the Shipping-Transportation Carriers Synchronization concurrent program to update Carriers, the following error occurs.


ERROR

Raising SIF Event oracle.apps.sif.webservice.inline.invoke with event key WSH_CARRIER_OTM1414099390580
Got Exception Invoking SIF event oracle.apps.sif.webservice.inline.invoke
Exception is java.lang.NullPointerException


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2.Shipping
3. Interfaces
4. Run Shipping-Transportation Carriers Synchronization

Changes

Upgraded EBS from Release 11.5.10.2 to Release 12.1.3.  This program worked correctly in the 11i environment with the same OTM 6.3.2 environment.
