How to Make an Agent From One Domain Listen for an Event in Another Domain? (Doc ID 1954750.1)

Goal

An agent is configured in Domain A. Domain B has visibility to Domain A (i.e. When logged into Domain B, the user cand see the Domain A agent). However, when the configured Agent Event is raised from Domain B, it is found that the Domain A configured agent is not firing.

How can an agent from one domain get triggered from events raised in another domain, when that agent is granted visibility.
