R12: AP Updated Province Is Not Appearing On The Supplier Address Book Page

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier SupReports Merge Emp

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Updated Province is not appearing on the Supplier address book page.

When updating an existing address from US to Canada or vice versa the format is working fine on the address update page.
But when you go to the accounts page in OCO and view the addresses the page is still showing field value from previous style.
User have updated province in once the address of one supplier.
Address details page is displaying the updated province but the summary which is displayed when address book is clicked is still showing the old province.
Seems to be because of the sync issue between the HZ_locations ,ap_supplier_sites_all tables.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Updated value to be properly displayed in Address Book for Site
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables responsibility
2. Supplier >>> Entry >>> Query for Supplier in case
3. On Address Book page, site in case is showing old value

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly view the address of site.
