Workflow Error after Requestor Starts Cancelling a Requisition That is in Process but Finally Renounce (Doc ID 1955009.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve a Requisition after the preparer starts to Cancel it the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Preparer submit the requisition for approval and 2 approvers from 2 groups are in the approval list
2-First approver approves the requisition
3-The preparer decides to cancel the requisition that is in process.
4-In the main page, he clicks on Requisition link
5-He clicks on Cancel Requisition
6-He selects the line to Cancel and click on continue
7-Instead of submitting in the Cancel Requisition xxx:Review and Submit; he clicks on Back
8-Then he clicks on the Requisitions tab and abort the cancelation process
9-the second approver approvers
10-The error above is raised by the system
