MWA: WMS_PACK , Cannot Use a Comma Delimiter Errors with "Total Lot Transaction Quantity Does Not Match Transaction Quantity" (Doc ID 1955224.1)

On : 12.1.3 and 12.2 version, LPN Management

MWA - WMS_PACK fails for items when the quantity >= 1000 with Numeric characters = 10,000.00

Problem Description:  The problem is with thousands deliminators/separators and fractional numbers (dot and comma) in MWA.
If item is a plain item = no problem
If quantity is less than 1000 (up to 999) = no problem
If quantity is more than 999 the error is displayed (If a comma is set as the deliminator/separator tor the "thousands" and a number above 999 is entered, the error is displayed
Error is then:
Txn Failed. Total lot transaction quantity does not match transaction quantityTransaction processor error
Total lot transaction quantity does not match transaction quantity
If Numeric characters format is set at 10.000,00 = it works (but it is not our numeric format).

The following system profiles have been set:
ICX: Numeric characters - 10,000.00
MWA: Numeric characters - 10,000.00
XDO: Numeric characters - 10,000.00
JTF: Use ICX Numeric Characters - No

System errors: unavailable stock. ""Transaction quantity must be less than or equal to available quantity. Press any key to continue".
