Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Bid/Quote creation
When attempting to create PO from Sourcing RFQ
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Purchase Order Creation could not be initiated. Please check with your system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing -> Create RFQ -> Publish
2. Create Quote -> Complete Award
3. Create PO from RFQ
4. Error occurs
