Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Multiple Workers are utilized when processing the Late Charges program.

If one of the workers reflects no adjustments, or no late charges, then the process returns an Error status for the batch.

You executed the late charges program in Final mode with multiple workers, and all customers associated to a specific worker are not having any candidate document to process late charges.

Data Analysis
--------------------
- One of the Batches is associated with many headers Lines , and is allotted to different workers.
- However, one of the workers contains the lines which are all associated with Display_flag as 'N' and process_status = N.
i.e There is no candidate headers to create an adjustment for this worker.
As a result, the code flow does not reset these header statuses to success. Subsequently, the batch marked as Error.
