Allow Account to be Searched Checkbox is not Checked for Existing Candidates after setting IRC: Visible Preference Default Profile Option (Doc ID 1955374.1)

Goal

The profile option 'IRC: Visible Preference Default' has been set to make the Allow this Account to be Checked check box default to yes but this only works for new candidates. The check box for exisiting candidates is not updated.

Is there a way to update Allow this Account to be Checked check box for already created candidates.
