Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version,
You are attempting to go to Transaction booking in Order Management, or open many other EBS Application forms and receive the following error:
APP-AR-96575: SET OF BOOKS NOT FOUND.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Order Management
Navigation: Transaction Booking
Unable to open any sales order
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Setup > System Options
ORA-01422: Exact Fetch Returns More Than Requested Number of Rows
Changes
Possible Recent upgrade to release 12.
