Symptoms
When attempting to run PRC: Distribute Expense Report Adjustments process, the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the PRC: Distribute Expense Report Adjustments with parameters:
Parameter 1 - Expenditure Group Name = ''
Parameter 2 - Project Id = '0'
Parameter 3 - Person Id = '0'
Parameter 4 - Last Expenditure End Date = '30-nov-14'
Parameter 5 - Auto Release Flag = 'Yes'
Parameter 6 - Reschedule interval = None
Parameter 7 - Reschedule time of day = ''
Parameter 8 - Reschedule until = ''
Parameter 9 - Reschedule adjust dates = No
Parameter 10 - Debug mod = Yes
2. The process errors with:
"Program was terminated by signal 11"
