Booking Orders Via Process Order API Is Not Putting Order On Credit Card Auth Hold (Doc ID 1955560.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.0 version, Transaction Booking

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When order is booked using process order API credit card authorization is not happening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect credit card authorization to happen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Book order. Order is booked without credit card authorization hold.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize credit card.
