On : 12.1.3 version, Work Order Cost Estimation

Work Order Estimate Costs calculating Incorrectly .Work Order view Costs sections shows the estimated costs double
for the direct items if the same item is requested twice and it exists in Blanket agreement.

Also cst_eam_wo_estimate_details shows duplicate records.

Expect Work Order Estimate Costs only for the requested quantity and should not have any duplicate cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Make sure you have a blanket agreement for non stock direct item.
1. Created a WO in EAM
2. Associated a direct item and release WO, request 1000 qty
3. It will create a Requisition and create a blanket release from requisition and approve
4. Perform cost Estimation and observe cost is as expected.
5. Now requested additional 1000
6.It will create a Requisition. and create blanket release for additional 1000 qty from requisition and approve
7. Now re-estmated again
5. Nav: Work Orders: All > Work Order > Work Order Costs
6. Notice Estimated Cost is different
i.e Estimated cost is 4000 and qty is also 4000 where as it is expected to show only 2000.
drill down shows qty as 2000 and cost is also 2000 for each line where as it is expected only 1000 and 10000

cst_eam_wo_estimate_details shows duplicate lines for each expected line.
