No Payment Terms Displayed For Customer In Receivables Transactions Workbench. (Doc ID 1955623.1)

Symptoms

When Payment Terms List of Values (LOV) is selected, it does not display any Payment Terms, even after selecting the Override Terms at Customer Account Level. 

The Site Level Override Terms seems to not be selected.

Ideally after selecting Override Terms at Account Level, it should allow.
