Symptoms

In the Service Request Form, when running the Print Friendly Format report, the tasks are not listed in the correct order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that tasks to be listed in order based on task number.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create tasks via task template and manually
2. Run the Print Friendly report
3. Tasks are out of order.
