Unable To Access Resource Setup Page From Compensation Manager Responsibility - java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 1955961.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to access the Resource Setup page from Compensation Manager Responsibility, the following error occurs.

Error: You have encountered an unexpected error.

 

The exception details are as follows:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Compensation Manager -> Resource Compensation Overview -> Search Resources -> Query for a salesrep
Click on Resource Setup tab

 This is a fresh implementation of Incentive Compensation.
