Symptoms
While creating a new rule or trying to view an existent one the below error occurs
Row 4 Error - For this combination of Content Owner, Regime, Tax and Process, a Rule with this Priority already exists. Please enter a different value in Priority.
Steps:
navigate Tax Manager Responsibilty
Go to Tax Configuration
Tax rules,
query configuration owner and tax click on go
when trying to create a new conditions or update /see any of the existent ones,
the above error is returned.
