Duplicate Dummy Shipment Transactions (Without Issue Record In MMT) Cannot Be Received RCV_INVALID_SHIPMENT_SOURCE Error (Doc ID 1956209.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to receive Internal Requisitions or Intransit Shipments even if :

1- Root cause patch from Note 1390812.1 Root Cause RVTII-060 Missing Fob Point has been applied:

Diagnostics: Apps Check report for Inventory Application shows :

java/transaction/server/RcvTrxManager.class                                 120.11.12010000.7                    
java/transaction/server/TrxProcessor.class                                  120.17.12010000.13   

2- Profile option "INV: Create RCV Shipments in Bulk" has correctly been set to 'Yes'.

Diagnostics: Apps Check report for Inventory Application shows :

The following error occurs :

RCV_INVALID_SHIPMENT_SOURCE (MMT_TXN_ID=nnnnn1)
(RSL_ID=nnnnn2)


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Create an Internal requisition with 1 line
- Create Internal Sales Order with 1 line
- Ship the Internal Sales Order line
- Receive and deliver the Internal Requisition line
- Find there is still one line to be received in Find Expected receipt form for the same Internal Requisition/Internal Sales Order shipment line
- When trying to Receive the remaining line, the error above occurs.
