ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Descriptive flexfield values that are expense template specific are not reset when the expense template is changed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Descriptive flexfield values should be set to the values associated to the expense template upon changing the expense template on the general information page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the general information page and select an expense template. Notice DFFs are populated in the additional information section based on the template selected.
2. Change the expense template on the general information page and click next.
3. Notice error on the lines page that is associated with the DFF values entered when entering using the first expense template that was selected on the general information page.
