Using Sales Agreement Number On Quick Order Organizer (Doc ID 1956290.1)

Symptoms


Users are finding discrepancies when trying to query using Sales Agreement Number on Quick Order Organizer and Standard Order Organizer.

Sales Agreements have been created our for our customers and are being used on the Orders.

If we query on the Quick Order Organizer/Order Organizer using Sales Agreement Numbers only then we see the list of all Sales Agreements.

If we query using the Customer Name or Number and Sales Agreement Number as an additional criteria for searching orders using Quick Order Organizer, the Sales Agreement LOV does not show any value (even though Sales Agreements exist for the customer).

ERROR

There is no error there is just no data returned.



STEPS


Order Management Responsibility
1. Open either the quick order organizer or the standard order organizer
2. query by agreement - returns data
3. query by customer - returns data
4. query by customer and agreement - returns no data.
