Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Setup forms and programs
Iin R12.2.3, when query existing Accounting sequences starting with "AAA%". the query returns no records.
In R12.1.3, the same query returns all the existing sequences.
Steps to reproduce
-------------------
1. Navigate General Ledger > Setup > Financials > Sequences > Accounting > Define
2. Query Accounting sequences starting with "AAA%".
Query returns no records.

Recently upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.3.
