When attempting to manually create an Internal Requisition the following error occurs.

ERROR:
APP-PO-14142: PO_REQ_LNS_C1.get_source-170: ORA-0000:normal, successful completion

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in
PO_REQ_LNS_C1.get_souce. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Action: Take note of both this error number and the action you were trying to perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter the Internal Requisition header. Choose requisition type as Internal requisition.
2. Enter the line line details.
3. Clear the destination location, enter the source organization.
4. Enter the Destination organization -
