Goal

Is it possible to make the system error when an employee tries to enter an absence that will take the total to a specific negative value eg -15 ?

For all employees a negative balance is allowed. But currently the system allows employee to accrue additional negative balances.

Setup needs to be done to restrict employees to a maximum of -15. The system should not allow employees to apply leave once their Net entitlement balance reaches -15.
