Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup- Treasury System Setup

Error when press Save button in screen Settlement Account Detail inside Counterparty Profiles Screen

When user try to Save after creating a new record of Settlement Account Detail, appears an error message:
 "APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for very record."

So, user can't créate a record. No matter if account exists or not, always send the same message.
