Service Request Form Not Saving Contact Information Changes

On : 12.1.3 version, Business Events

Customer states that if he changes customer owner and owner type and then edits telephone number for contact at the same time and then saves the change in the contact number isnt saved

The contact change is not saved

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open SR
2. Change owner type and owner
3. Contact Tab
4. Edit contact
5. Make change to telephone number then save
6. Save SR form
7. Requery SR and number change has not be saved
