R12 Not Able To View The Capitalization Entry From Transaction History Window After Performing Reverse Capitalization (Doc ID 1957692.1)

Symptoms

Not able to view the Capitalization Entry from Transaction History Window after performing the Reverse Capitalization.

In the Transaction History form, when clicking into the line for a reversed
Capitalization transaction (ADDITION/VOID), then going to Tools in the menu,
the options for view accounting and view accounting events are greyed out.

However, when going to the Capitalization Reversal line that follows, view
accounting is not greyed out.

Expected to see accounting of this.


Steps
-----------------------
1. CIP Asset Addition
2. Capitalize CIP Asset
3. Create Accounting in Final Mode
4. Reverse the Capitalization
