Symptoms
When saving a query in Collections Administrator>Administration>Manage Queries, the query becomes all Uppercase letters and < > become > and <
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Collections Administrator Navigation: Administration > Manage Query Locate - Bill to Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts, click on Duplicate Open - Copy of Bill to Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts Without making any changes, click on Apply
