Saving Template Query Changes the Query to Upper Case, and Symbols '<' and '>' Become '&GT' and '&LT' (Doc ID 1957829.1)

Symptoms

When saving a query in Collections Administrator>Administration>Manage Queries, the query becomes all Uppercase letters and < > become &GT and &LT

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Collections Administrator
Navigation:  Administration > Manage Query
Locate - Bill to Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts, click on Duplicate
Open - Copy of Bill to Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts
Without making any changes, click on Apply

BEFORE:



Query - Copy of Bill to Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts
You'll notice the query is now all capital letters and < > is &GT and &LT
