Goal

A quote is defined and rated using a spot rate offering and rate record. When quote rating is performed by clicking on 'RATE' button present on quote cost option page, the quote cost lines are created by using wrong conversion values. In the database table QUOTE_COST_OPTION_SHIP_COST, the currency exchange rate used to convert the value in COST column(Actual Currency) to base currency value (COST_BASE column) does not match with the conversion value we have in the system stored against the exchange rate Id defined on the rate offering.
