Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Not able to See Changed Attribute Details once Change Order is submitted.

While creating change order you can see what changes are needed in Attribute tab of Change Order. However after submitting the change order you do not see the fields/attributes that are being changed.
You need to go to actual item to see the changes. You should be able to see this changes on Change Order Itself.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
You should be able to see this changes on Change Order Itself.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Development Manager -> Item Catalog -> Item Advanced Search
Search and Item and create change order (do not submit, just save it)
Once change order is created, go to lines and click on Attributes tab and add few attributes with new value.
Submit the change order. Once change order is submitted to go Line again and check the attributes tab. You don't see the attributes.
