In LCM Pre Receiving Enabled Organization
Find the Shipment Number created in landed cost Management cannot be receipted in Oracle Inventory for some LCM Shipments.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Receiving / Receipts
On Find Expected Receipts RCVRCERC form
Search for Purchase Order 1234
Get
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field PO_NUM.

2. Navigate to Transaction Statuses RCVTXVTX form

3. Output of Receiving Data Collection script for the purchase order shows
